Beyond 18 supports individuals with disabilities as they transition into adulthood by advancing both traditional and nontraditional outcomes that reflect meaningful, self-directed lives. We also aim to equip families with guidance, information, and alternative service options to help them make informed decisions and confidently support their loved ones beyond age 18.

Beyond 18 seeks to close transition gaps by redefining success, expanding service pathways, and ensuring families have access to clear guidance, alternative supports, and practical information to assist their loved ones throughout adulthood.

We work to remove barriers by expanding awareness of both mainstream and alternative services and by partnering with families, providers, schools, waiver systems, and community organizations to navigate complex systems together—especially for those who have historically lacked access.
